Start your meal off at our fine dining downtown Dallas restaurant with any of our hot appetizers including the popular Chicken Parmesan Lolli Pop's-Panko breaded chicken strips served with mozzarella, and smoked marinara. Seafood lovers will enjoy Shrimp and Grits which consists of pan seared gulf shrimp, Anson mills grits, cheddar, and roma shrimp broth. Fresh water fish lovers can look forward to the mouthwatering Miso glazed salmon that’s served with ginger bok choy, wasabi goat cheese mashed potatoes, and shimeji ginger sauce. We also have a fine selection of flatbreads and burgers including the Skyscraper which is a half pound smash burger served with house battered onion ring, pepper jack, and Frank's red hot aioli. No other Dallas fusion restaurant presents itself quite like the way Lit does when you walk through the front doors featuring surrounding cascading waterfalls. From oversized video walls, to large saltwater fish tanks, and crystal chandeliers, Lit Kitchen and Lounge utilizes 10,000 square feet to the fullest. The design capabilities of our restaurant and lounge have created a see-through dining experience from the outside of the front of the venue through sliding glass windows. There are 30 dining tables located throughout 5 sections of our Dallas fusion restaurant including The Lobby, Bar, Elevated Lounge, The Aquarium, and Dance Floor. Downtown Dallas Restaurant Celebrity Chef Jimmy Tessier

We would like to get you familiar with our culinary artist who makes things possible for our Dallas fusion restaurant to exist. Our downtown Dallas restaurant celebrity chef Jimmy Tessier was born in Fall River, Massachusetts and graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Jimmy has opened restaurants in San Diego and Las Vegas, and is the protégé of master celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse where together they opened Emeril's New Orleans Fish House at the MGM Grand, and Delmonico Steakhouse in the Venetian. He has also worked with Carla Pellegrino of Top Chef 10 at Bachio in the Tropicana, and he has appeared on Food Network's “Chopped” in 2012. Additional Las Vegas business ventures include opening Morels Steakhouse & French Bistro in the Palazzo. Jimmy has also worked with Sammy Demarco from the Childmaster show on the Food Network, where they opened First Food & Bar, and Rattlecan in the Venetian.
